Location: 2 avenue Marcel Cachin 93120 La Courneuve, FranceType: Contract, Full-time (Urgent Hiring)Salary: €43,000/year（junior）4500/month(senior)Benefits:50% transportation reimbursement (Navigo)Meal allowance: €6.54/day🔍 About the RoleWe are looking for a Facility Engineer to support data center (IDC) infrastructure operations.This role focuses on power, HVAC, and facility systems, ensuring high availability and stability of mission-critical infrastructure. You will work in a fast-paced, on-site environment supporting large-scale data center operations.🛠 Key ResponsibilitiesPerform on-site facility operations (5×8) and provide support during incidents outside working hours if requiredMonitor and maintain data center infrastructure systems (power, HVAC, low-voltage systems)Conduct regular facility inspections and ensure system stability and availabilityRespond to incidents following EOP (Emergency Operation Procedures) and ensure timely resolutionReview and execute MOPs (Method of Procedure) for maintenance and changesManage infrastructure monitoring, capacity, and availability to improve operational efficiencyTroubleshoot infrastructure issues and restore services quicklyMaintain accurate infrastructure data and documentation✅ RequirementsAssociate degree or above in Electrical Engineering, HVAC, or related fieldAt least 1 year of experience in data center or facility operationsBasic knowledge of power systems, HVAC, and electrical infrastructureFamiliar with data center operations and monitoring systemsAbility to work on-site and respond to incidents when needed⭐ Core CompetenciesStrong communication and teamwork skillsAbility to work across cross-functional and international teamsGood organizational and coordination skillsProficiency in English communication (Chinese is a plus)⚠️ Important NotesCandidates must have valid work authorization (no visa sponsorship provided)This is an on-site role in a data center environmentAvailability for after-hours incident response is required
